After Summer

Well here we are again with a long break between blogs and updating things. I hope that you had a great summer and are getting ready for fall. My summer was busier than I thought it would be and it seemed plans kept changing every few days, sometimes it’s like that. I gave two cooking classes this summer while I was in the states. The classes were received well and were a lot of fun. I did Swiss Cooking for one of the classes and my interpretation of an English tea for the other. The food was tasty and some of the participants tasted food they had never tasted before.

One of my great nephews asked me to make him Nutella bombs. Something I have never made or heard of, but it did not deter me. They were a chocolatey success and actually not that difficult to make. I will post the recipe I used.

In between cooking sessions I went to the beach a couple of times. It is my happy place! While enjoying being on the beach I also saw dolphins, another favorite thing of mine, they were practically jumping out of the water. They were gorgeous.
