I am not a trained chef or a professional cook, but I do love to cook.
I am a self taught cook except for watching my mother cook as I grew up. Over the past few years I have been sharing my love of cooking by giving classes and writing a cookbook. I have decided to share it here too.
Once a week I will share recipes with you. For the most part they will be simple but tasty recipes that should be relatively easy to follow.
